11SquareFeet is for micro-space rentals only and all listings should be less than or near 800 square feet. Please keep that in mind when creating your listing. Tell me more. Try and provide as much information as possible as this will help you lease your space faster.

What can I list on 11SquareFeet?
11SqaureFeet is for micro-space listings; desks and small offices/workspaces which is directly broken into these two areas:
Desks: This includes desks, tables, benches and areas in shared or private spaces. This could include desks in offices, metal working benches in an artists studio, or other similar examples.
Small Office/Workspace: Shared or private office space or work areas, such as a cubicle in a large open office, a small private office in a larger suite of offices, artist studios, garages or other similar spaces. In all cases, either shared or private, the total area should not be significantly more than 800 square feet.
In all cases spaces may be rented either monthly (month to month, long term leases, short terms leases, etc. are all fine), daily or hourly. In the case of either daily or hourly, a monthly approximation must be provided and the actual terms should be noted in the description.
